The Young Ladies Association in Bahrain
Encourages Women to Use their Right to Vote

The President of the Young Ladies Association, Samira Abdullah, said that the Society will put forward a plan to encourage women to participate in elections and voting and to also have an active role in the next elections. Abdullah also noted that the Society is in the process of forming working groups and issuing posters and leaflets for the next campaign to enable women to enter the Parliament and Municipalities- which they failed to achieve in the last elections.
